Ridiculously tough — I've lost count of how many times it's been crumpled, chewed, and tossed across the room, and it still looks brand new. The rowing rhyme keeps my toddler engaged, which makes story time way less of a wrestling match.
My 8-month-old has been gnawing on this thing for a week and it still looks brand new, no rips or soggy corners. I love that I can toss it in the diaper bag and not worry about it getting destroyed. Finally a book I don't have to wrestle away from him.
I let my daughter chew on this during tummy time and it survived completely intact, which is more than I can say for our other board books. It's thin enough to fold into the diaper bag but tough enough that ripped pages aren't a worry anymore. Story time finally feels relaxing instead of a wrestling
